We work with local jewelers and designers, and as a result have an ability to customize, size or tweak most pieces of fine jewelry. We are also able to create custom pieces to order, to the very highest quality and specifications. Please inquire for more information.

Yes, WHEAT gift cards are available. Gift cards for our online store can be purchased on our website, at the link here. Gift cards purchased at a WHEAT destination cannot be redeemed online. If you are interested in purchasing a gift card to be redeemed at a WHEAT destination, please email us at info@thewheatcollection.com.

Please allow 5 business days from the date of confirmed delivery via tracking before reaching out regarding a missing order. We advise first checking with neighbors to see if it has been accidentally delivered to them. After 5 days, please reach out to us for assistance. WHEAT is not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen in transit, but we will do everything in our power to ensure your order reaches its destination.
