To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Online Return Policy
Unworn and unused items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Tags must be attached and item(s) must be in the same condition they were received. Online purchases can only be returned to the WHEAT distribution center, the address will be provided to you upon initiating a return. When starting a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Shopify receipt number, and a member of our team will be happy to assist.
In-store Return Policy
Unworn and unused items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Tags must be attached and receipt must be present.
Return & Refund Timeframe
Please allow 7 business days after package receipt for all returns and refunds to be processed. We will refund the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment that was used for the initial purchase. Please allow 14 days for processing. The timeframe in which the credit appears on your statement will depend on the individual financial institution.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate any issues.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have received and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for any new item(s).
